Freeganism
"Free food", an article I wrote on bin diving, also known as skipping, dumpster diving, or freeganism, has just come out in Barcelona Metropolitan magazine. This obscure practise involves getting food for free from the bins of supermarkets. Done correctly, this is better than it sounds, as supermarkets are generally incredibly wasteful and a lot of perfectly good food gets thrown away. When I was doing it, there were many times in which I really couldn't perceive what tiny flaw, if any, had been the reason I had been so generously gifted the stuff I found. A real lesson in divine abundance :)
I'm so psyched! This is my first article in print, and I'm proud of it. You can find it online here.
