A commenter asked me why I was into dumpster diving - and expressed interest in why anyone does it. In this article I'd like to try explain what my views are.

I started the "freegan" lifestyle in general about a year ago. I didn't name it that, but this was basically what I was. I lived in squats, even on the street a little bit.

For me, the truth is something very sacred, one of my highest values. So it makes me very, very angry when this is violated. For a long time, I was actually held back greatly by this anger – no-one is too disposed to listening to you if you lose your head.

Let's see if now I can talk calmly about an issue that is very sore to my heart – the education system.
